We express our sincere, deep gratitude to you for fruitful cooperation in 2021. Last year passed under the motto "Only forward", we were able to fulfill all our plans, increase key operating indicators and ensure high financial performance.

From our founding in 1993 to the present day, we have gone from a small enterprise with a production area of only 300 sq.m. to a major exporter of the Republic of Belarus. Together with you, we have created a modern full-cycle plant for the production of commercial and shelving equipment, the products of which are in demand not only in the CIS market, but also in foreign markets. The products of ARLEX LLC are supplied to more than 20 countries of the world. Thus, we can safely say that thanks to your support and joint work, we have created an enterprise that fulfills strategic tasks - it contributes to import substitution and develops exports.

During its existence, our company has experienced many crises: the default of 1998, 2008-2009 the global economic crisis, the collapse of the Russian ruble in 2014-2015, the imposition of sanctions against the Russian Federation, a significant drop in demand in the Russian market, 2020 is a pandemic caused by the rapid the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus infection, the halt in the development of retail chains, the massive closure of retail facilities, but this difficult period was marked for our company by a total reboot of processes, the management of the enterprise was headed by a new top management, we quickly caught the wind of change, and we ended even such an extraordinary 2020 with improvement in our financial performance compared to previous years. Last year 2021 was also not calm - we were able to cope with the "storm" in the metal market, with sharp jumps in the cost of metal, were able to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with Russian metal suppliers, diversified equipment deliveries to the EU, began supplying equipment to Central Asia, strengthened our presence in our traditional Russian market. Our enterprise followed the planned course for the modernization of production, new machines and equipment were purchased, current repairs were carried out in production shops, the number of new jobs increased by 20%, we are constantly working to improve the working conditions of our employees, we can proudly say that most of our employees have been with us for more than 5 years, there are whole dynasties. We value each of our employees.

In 2021, a significant event for our enterprise took place, which allows us to look to the future with hope, ARLEKS LLC became a resident of the scientific and technological park of Minsk City Technopark LLC, which indicates the innovative focus of our enterprise. Residence in the scientific and technological park of Minsk City Technopark LLC allows, in cooperation with other residents, to realize the most daring ideas of our design department. Already today there are a number of developments that represent know-how in the self-checkout and checkout market. In addition, residency in the scientific and technological park of Minsk City Technopark LLC allows you to take advantage of a number of benefits and preferences provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, which increases the competitiveness of our company.

Undoubtedly, the events of recent weeks have also affected the activities of our enterprise. The first shock from the unprecedented sanctions policy against our state has already passed, looking back we understand that so much has already been passed and we have no right to stop. We see opportunities for ourselves, not obstacles. We note a change in the composition of orders from our customers in March 2022, there were changes in the delivery schedule under contracts concluded at the beginning of the year with Russian retail chains, due to the temporary suspension of the development of some of them, but again we did not give up, but saw the opportunities, we loaded our production of products for which there was not enough capacity before, and we will reorient production to the production of innovative products with a higher share of added value.

Speaking about the success of our company, it is also necessary to note another important stage in the history of ARLEKS LLC - on May 25, 2018, corporate bonds denominated in US dollars were issued on the market in the amount of 1200 bonds at an interest rate of 7.5%, with a nominal value 1000 US dollars. LLC "ARLEKS" is a reliable issuer, throughout the entire period of circulation of bonds to date, our company regularly and on time fulfills the obligations specified in the Prospectus for the issue of bonds of the first issue of LLC "ARLEKS". The amount of income paid to bondholders for four years was $330,000.

We continue to work, do and will do everything to preserve and increase the achievements of our company. Together with you we have gone through more than one crisis, we will go through this one too!
